Weather Policy at the Outdoor Eddie Pavilion Stage
Each live performance is unique, but this is especially the case at our outdoor Pavilion where the stage and audience area are uncovered.
BEFORE LEAVING HOME, CONSIDER BRINGING THE FOLLOWING WITH YOU TO THE EDDIE PAVILION
Sunglasses & Sunhats: bringing your own shade in the afternoon is particularly important for summer matinée outdoor performances.
Light Jacket, Fleece, or a Lap Blanket: in late summer, it does cool down in the evening.
Poncho or Raincoat: Umbrellas are welcome but cannot be open during a performance.
We have installed mosquito preventer machines around the property, and our shows end before sunset, but you may want to consider bug repellant.
If the weather forecast calls for rain or a high air quality alert before your scheduled performance, please check your email regularly — we will send out a cancellation email up to 1 hour before the show starts.
In the event of a cancellation, you may transfer your tickets to another evening, subject to availability. If tickets are unavailable, we will offer you a refund.
In the event of inclement weather during a production, the show will continue as long as it is safe for patrons, performers, and staff. If you choose to leave during the performance, there will be no refunds, or exchanges offered.
