Each person REGARDLESS OF AGE must have a valid ticket to enter a performance.

All ticket sales are non-refundable; however, they may be exchanged for a future performance in the same season up to 24 hours prior to the performance date.
All tickets are subject to a $2.00 processing fee.
In the event of a cancellation, you may transfer your tickets to another evening, subject to availability. Contact info@countystage.ca to arrange new tickets. If tickets are unavailable, we will offer you a refund.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the performance time in order to park and check in at the box office before the show starts. Latecomers will be admitted during a suitable break in the performance, as determined by Management.

Use of cameras, recording equipment, pagers and cellular phones/smart devices is PROHIBITED inside the theatre.
All productions and artists are subject to change.

County Stage Company reserves the right to determine safety protocols and restrictions in addition to those set out by the Ontario government and Hastings Prince Edward Health Unit authorities. These protocols and restrictions are subject to change and modification throughout the season.
In the event a performance is cancelled by the company due to COVID-19, customers will automatically receive a refund for the value of their ticket(s).
County Stage Company reserves the right to decline admittance to any individuals who present symptoms related to COVID-19 or other respiratory illness.
